During a roof restoration project atop a four-story roof of Jenks Hall at Aurora University, we killed another bird with this clay tile roof leak repair.
A substantial portion clay roofing tiles around and beneath the source of the roof leak were removed for access to the rotted deck and insulation below. Sections of the roof deck were replaced, a roof truss repaired, and the clay tiles reinstalled or replaced.
